We only process personal data that is necessary to achieve a specific purpose.
• Purchase of training in the e-shop:
o Purpose: To process your order, conclude and perform the purchase contract, provide access to the purchased digital content (training), issue and send a tax document (invoice), and handle any complaints.
o Data processed: First name, last name, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, order and payment details.
o Legal basis: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for compliance with a legal obligation (e.g., the Accounting Act) (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Contact form:
o Purpose: To respond to your question or request sent to us.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions and Definitions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising from the distance purchase contract concluded between the Seller, which is Cemicky Trainings & Consulting, s.r.o., ID No: 44802595, Tax ID No: 2022835793, VAT ID No: SK2022835793 with its registered office at Viničná 3747/38 84110 Bratislava, and the Buyer through the online store on the website cemicky.com. 1.2. The Buyer is a natural or legal person who has submitted an electronic order. 1.3. Digital content means online training, courses, webinars, or other educational materials provided in electronic form.
2. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Contract
2.1. The purchase contract is concluded upon the Seller's binding confirmation of the Buyer's electronic order. The confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer in the order. 2.2. By submitting the order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these GTC.
3. Price and Payment Terms
3.1. All prices listed on the website are final. 3.2. The Buyer can pay the purchase price through the payment methods available on the website (e.g., card payment via a payment gateway, bank transfer). 3.3. A tax document (invoice) will be sent to the Buyer electronically to their e-mail address after the payment has been credited to the Seller's account.
4. Delivery Conditions (Provision of Access to Digital Content)
4.1. Access to the purchased digital content will be provided to the Buyer without delay after successful payment processing. 4.2. Access data (e.g., link, username, and password) will be sent to the Buyer's e-mail address provided in the order.
5. Withdrawal from the Contract
5.1. In accordance with the law, a Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. 5.2. NOTICE: The Buyer loses the right to withdraw from the contract at the moment the digital content is provided (e.g., by sending the access data), if they have expressly consented to its provision before the expiry of the withdrawal period and have been duly informed that by giving such consent, they lose the right to withdraw. The Buyer expresses consent to this condition by ticking the appropriate box when placing the order.
6. Copyright
6.1. All content published on this site and the content of the purchased trainings is the intellectual property of the Cemicky Trainings & Consulting, s.r.o. and is protected by copyright law. 6.2. By purchasing access to the digital content, the Buyer obtains a non-exclusive license for their personal use. Any further distribution, copying, or provision of the content to third parties without the prior written consent of the Seller is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer and Guarantee of Results
7.1. The information provided on this website and within the trainings is for informational and educational purposes only and reflects the experience and knowledge of the Seller.
7.2. The Seller does not guarantee the achievement of specific business, financial, or personal results (such as increased profit, client acquisition, etc.). The Buyer's success depends on many factors, including their own effort, skills, and market conditions.
7.3. The information provided within the trainings and consultations in no way substitutes for professional financial, tax, or legal advice. We recommend consulting with qualified experts in the respective field before making important business decisions.
7.4. The Seller shall not be liable for any damages caused by the incorrect use or interpretation of information from this site or the trainings.
8. Dispute Resolution and Final Provisions
8.1. Any disputes between the Buyer and the Seller may be settled out of court. The alternative dispute resolution body is the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority (SOI) or through the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform. 8.2. These GTC are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
